Retail Assist have won 2 Retail Week Technology Awards in as many years:

Retail Assist have also won 3 European Retail Solutions Awards:

  • 2007: Winner of the "Best Use of E-Commerce in a Retail Environment" for Merret with Rubicon Retail and Fresca;
  • 2004: Winner of the "Retailer/Supplier Partnership of the Year" with Grantfort Computer Systems/Merret and Rubicon Retail;
  • 2001: Winner of the "Retailer/Supplier Partnership of the Year" with Adams Childrenswear;

Retail Assist was shortlisted with White Stuff in the "IT Team of the Year" category at the Retail Systems Awards 2011 and in 2010 was nominated in the following catgories:

  • "Best Use of Technology in the Hospitality and Leisure Sector" with Vue Entertainment;
  • "IT Project of the Year" with Mint Velvet

Retail Assist was shortlisted for the "Business Intelligence Solution award" in conjunction with Harvey Nichols at the Retail Business Show Awards 2009.

Retail Assist was shortlisted for "Project Implementation of the Year" at the 2008 European Retail Solutions Awards with Tec7 and House of Fraser. Merret was nominated with Harvey Nichols for the Retail Systems Awards 2007 for the Back Office Solution of the Year.

Retail Assist reached the regional shortlist for the 2007 Bank of Scotland "Entrepeneurship Challenge" and reached the final stage in the British Computer Society IT Professional Awards for "IT Service Manager of the Year" in 2006.

Retail Assist also received a "Fast 50" award for business growth from Deloitte in 2004, and in 2005 won the Chamber of Commerce & Industry's "Best Business" awards for both Nottinghamshire and the East Midlands.
