We are looking for dynamic individual to join our expanding team working on our busy 24/7 Help Desk at our Support Centre in Nottingham.
What will we ask you to do?
You will effectively lead and develop a team of Help Desk Administrator and Call Analysts. Working to Service Level Agreements you will support the Help Desk Manager and Supervisor in the smooth daily running of the team.
You will undertake analysis of statistics and deliver continuous improvements ensuring customer satisfaction.
Working within our ISO2000 standards you drive high quality and lead by example.
