East Embrace Omnichannel Retailing with Merret

We are happy to announce that East have selected our IT supply chain solution Merret, which will be the technology platform to deliver an end-to-end omnichannel solution for their customers. This implementation will facilitate the further development of East’s international and e-tail capabilities.

Our Merret solution will enable East to provide a consistent consumer experience across multiple channels regardless of geographical location due to its central stock pool.  This will make it easier for East customers to shop anytime, anywhere, fully embracing the omnichannel world.

Merret is now also available as a Cloud based solution through our infrastructure partner Blue Chip who are leaders in Cloud based computing technologies. This enables East to improve efficiency and reduce cost, whilst providing a dynamically scalable solution.  Also as part of the solution we will be rolling out Triquestra UK’s Infinity EPOS system which will develop East’s ability to collect customer transactional data and further develop click and collect functionality.
